Our Process

CONSULTATION

Here you will meet Nathan, and openly discuss your needs and wants in relation to the proposed building works. This is an important stage in your building journey, as it delivers a great opportunity to understand if we are the right fit for one another. During this free consultation, Nathan will provide some ideas and advice in response to your inputs. We will discuss your vision of the space and give you an insight into how the design, approval and construction process will take place.

 
Plans

PLANNING

This is where we can begin to really visualise your new home. If you already have a set of plans, we are happy to work on these with you. If not, we can help you kick off that process by referring you to a local Architect. Together, we will work on your renovation plans and customise them to ensure you are completely comfortable with the outcome.  We will also consider budget and estimates at this stage, so that we are all on the same page.

 
Paperwork

APPROVALS

During the planning process, the approval requirements for your particular project will become known. We will work together with yourself, the Architect and any approving bodies, in order to complete all that is required prior to the start of construction. This may include and Development Approval with Council or a Complying Development Approval with a Private Certifiers.

 
Kitchen

BUILDING & SELECTIONS

We can now begin site works, in accordance with the prepared plans. We will ensure each stage is signed off by any approving bodies and will keep you informed as we progress.  During the start of this stage, selections and finishes will be required. In conjunction with our interiors team, you will work closely with our suppliers to select your finishes.   

 
Handover

HANDOVER

Toward the end of the project, we will start collating a handover document for you. This will include all the details relating to your build, that you may need at a later date! We will also do final walk through’s with you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the completed works. If there any questions you have after handover date, we are readily available to discuss. We’ll be there to help!
